Case Study #14: Asia Crafts Website
Asia Crafts, the parent company of Wooden Roses based in Northern Ireland, requested we design a company logo and develop a suitable website to promote the wholesale trade of their diverse range of unique art and handicraft from the Far East (Thailand in particular).
While the produce is unique, the market is very competitive, requiring that the website be highly search engine optimised and the website design unique. By default, all Figment websites are search-engine optimised, through use of web-standards practices and semantic markup.
The Asia Crafts website was developed using XHTML and CSS, and featured a category drill-down mechanism to find products of interest. Additionally, a logo was designed for the website.
