The Equities Institutional Sales area of a tier-1 investment bank requested assistance with the development of a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
We delivered a web-based application to "plug into" a parent web-based application being developed in parallel by the New York IT team. The solution employed Java J2EE (JavaServer Pages, Servlets, JDBC, EJB), DHTML, CSS and JavaScript.
This solution permitted the Equities Institional Sales department to develop stronger relationships with their clients, by providing a usable and available organisation of data to assist the sales team in performing their role.
